Shipping and Processing time
As a quality commitment, all like items in a single order will be fulfilled from a single dyelot. Typical time from order date to shipping date is 5 days, but this is not guaranteed. Large orders (10+items that require the same dye batch) may take longer to process. Customer will be informed by email if this is the case.
$7 and Free Shipping is by US Mail 1st class package to shipping destinations within the 48 Contiguous US States. If quicker shipping is needed, please send an email explaining your needs and situation. Shipping is not a profit item for this store, so shipping by any other service or carrier will cost you what it costs us. The $7/Free Shipping promo price will not apply towards alternate shipping services or carriers.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Company is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Paypal, credit and debit cards (processing by Stripe) are accepted. Payment by check is also accepted. If this method of payment is desired, send an email. An invoice will be created and mailed. Payments may take 20 days to clear the bank. Order is sent once confirmation that check has been cleared.
More about dyelots
All duplicate items within a single order will be dyed with the same batch of dye. For example, if you order six Sylvan Lake Sunset braids, all six will be from the same dyelot. However, items in different orders will likely be from different dyelots. Even though we use precise recipes and processes, exact matching cannot be guaranteed. Be sure to order sufficient quantities for your project.
Returns and exchanges
100% money-back guarantee on regularly stocked items! If you don’t like what you bought, please send an email within 14 days of delivery. You will receive an email with instructions for return, including the proper return address. Any returned items should be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for the price of the item(s) back to the original method of payment will be processed ASAP upon company’s receipt of the return. Sorry, shipping is not refunded. We will stay in touch via email throughout the sales and return process.

Returns are not allowed for customized orders (customized items are arranged via private email and invoice; no items listed in the Shop are customized).
Items must be shipped back unused, in original condition and original packaging. Partially spun fibers or yarn wound into a ball/cake by other than our yarn-winding service is not returnable.
We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, nor costs or damage related to these errors.
Exchanges are really returns and new purchases. This keeps the bookkeeping clear for everybody.
